It's when you dress up as a character (preferrably anime) and act as them.
It's really fun with a group of people.

Never did cosplay, but I went to the New York Anime Festival once and brought my YuGiOh plush with me for lolz. It was okay, but the convention was kind of smaller than what I was expecting at the time.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
