Quietly, please, no need to shout.
Closing this alternate account was a really good idea. Playing around with alternate accounts frivolously can be considered "gaming the community", which is against the Community Guidelines. Also, this name sounds a whole lot like the kind of name that commercial spammers use - if one of our moderators mistakes it for a commercial spammer, the network access could be shut off since commercial spammers are not allowed anywhere on Scratch. Then, they would have to convince the Scratch Team that they were not a spammer before they were allowed back - which would be a hassle
