What would be wrong with the connection?
My internet is at 5 bars.

It could be your connection speed, or it's too big or something.
You should try uploading it later.

If you have another computer in your house, you might want to try uploading it on that.  You can put the scratch project on a jump drive (they're located in C:/Users/(username)/Documents/Scratch Projects).

This happens to me whenever I try to upload a big project (like 8 mb), but I have a 5 mbps speed internet. What's happening?
