I'm looking at hosts at the moment but here's some pre-server info.

RANKS:
Guest -- Can not build/break blocks. Must be approved by mod/admin/owner to be member (to be approved, just prove you know the rules)
Member -- Same as guest but can build/break blocks.
Trusted -- You can not have broken any rules as a guest/member to be trusted. For trusted, you must be approved by a mod/admin/owner.
Mod -- Can kick and ban online members.
Admin -- Can kick and ban any members but the owner and other admins. Can be in creative mode.
Owner -- ME!

THE DEAL WITH PIXEL ART/BUILDINGS:
Admins/owner can build as much as they want, as long as they keep it clean.
NOT FOR THEIR OWN GAIN (without permission)!
If members PROMISE not to use the creative mode for their own good, they will be given creative to build pixel art/buildings that benefit the community. I will check any chests after if I'm suspicious (I'll be uneasy about it the first few times). You must tell me AS SOON AS YOU'RE DONE or you will not have permission to build pixel art/buildings anymore (unless the materials are legit, of course tongue ). ONLY TRUSTED MEMBERS MAY DO THIS! Same with minigames (but CPU's good at redstone and all, so he'll probably be the minigame maker ^^).

The NPC Village (NPC village with emptied chests where you fend for yourself-- no starter items!) (came with seed)

Minigames:

It's Rainin' Free Stuff!
Riddles are asked. The first to say "Bzzt" (like a buzzer) gets a chance to answer. The winner then gets free food, gunpowder, etc.-- from mobs falling from the sky! They will then get an amount of coal equivalent to all the raw food they got.

Why you think you should be admin: Because I have experience both with people (especially noobs lol) and Minecraft, have plenty of spare time I could dedicate to the server, and to help other people have fun.

Been a mod/admin on other servers and/or own one: Yes, community-loved mod on Scratchia, op on some server BV82 made, former mod on a server lonwol made, and former owner of the various incarnations of Hipstercraft, one of which (1.8) became one of the most popular 1.8 prerelease servers on the internet
What you would do with the creative ability: Revert griefing and give back stolen stuff, as well as build kickcensored structures.

Why you think you should be admin: I have experience with dealing with griefers and other admin related tasks, being an admin on 2 now nonexistant servers, and currently admin on 2 servers, 4 in all really. I've even devised a system.

What you would do with the creative ability: I wouldn't use it for self gain, but to build important landmarks, such as spawns and stuff, and I could maybe even set up some type of quest system, depending on the type of server it will be.
