you should be able to do a <when I receive[ combined with a <if>. get it?

Actually You can do taht.
do an
<if><( <{ i recieve }> <=>1 )>
do whatever
<else>

yeah you could do that. You'll have to create a varible and i wish that you could do an if recieve
