Flash
Is it possible to export your game as a flash game file?
If not, then i suggest that it should be possible. Then we could share the games with other people who do not have scratch.

No, it's not possible, unfortunately. You can't export it to anything, which means no Java or either 
But you can share it with people who don't have Scratch. You can just upload it to the site, and then give them a link to it!
