I feel like that may be too long 
Maybe every 15 minutes? Or only one image per a certain number of posts? I also really like the idea of flagging posts and if they reach a certain number of flags, they are hidden from view until a mod can address it

Maybe merge my idea with a 1 hour limit?
So you can only post something with any amount of images every 1 hour.
