How to set the costume name?

I have 52 costumes for a sprite, in fact they are poker cards.

I want to give each costume a name such as diamond-2, diamond-3, etc

But anytime when I give the name , Scratch change it automatically into diamond-12 or anything else. It seems that Scratch help me to name these costumes. But the help is very annoy.

How can I handle this issue?

Thanks for your help !

Re: How to set the costume name?

hmm.

You try removing the number all together.

Also, check if every costume is like

Diamond-1
Diamond-2
Diamond-3
Diamond-4

If all the sprites only has diamond, and nothing else, then you change that first.

Then add those numbers

Re: How to set the costume name?

I don't think you can end it in a number, because it automatically adds another number. You can just add a _ to the end though; then it won't happen  smile
