Yes, but it's illegal to use an emulator if you don't have the actual game.
So, lot of good the computer does.  tongue

I dunno I use both but not often enough
PS3 when my brother is feeling nice
Nintendo DSLite when I can find the charger (very rare)
Nintendo64 when anyone feels like digging it out of the closet (not often)

Nintendo, because their games are better and I care about gameplay more than graphics.

It's only illegal if the game is being officially distributed so that when a sale occurs that the makers get a cut of the profit
Anytime after that period is perfectly legal
That means that GB, GBA, N64, NES, and SNES are perfectly legal
So are PS'es 1 and 2
and the original XBox
Plus those old obsolete PC builds with games that never updated

all of my friends think microsoft is much better than nintendo
its so annoying
xbox is all first person shooters and sports games
