Hello, my name is SCAPE, (well, not my REAL name,) and I am so excited to be joining the scratch community today!
I love programming computers, and (not meaning to brag,) I love my graphics and am working hard to make them the best they can be!
I know very little about how scratch works, so I would be very pleased if somebody could show me around, or tell me about some things. Thanks!

Hello! Since you said you don't know a lot about Scratch, I'll explain the block categories for you.
Control - this is the basis of most of the scripts. In this category you can find blocks that start and stop scripts, tell when and how long to repeat something, or wait a few seconds.
Looks - this is how you control everythIng visual. These blocks control which costume a sprite looks like, speech or thought bubbles, or alter the sprite with an effect such as color or whirl.
Motion - this is how your sprite moves. You can make your sprite go to a certain position, turn certain numbers of degrees, or point towards a certain direction.
Sound - everything audio happens with these blocks. You can set a certain sound or audio track to play, and for how long.
Pen - this draws a line when the pen is down. If you make the sprite move, the pen will draw a line wherever your sprite moves.
There are 3 more catergories(sensing, numbers, variables), but these are the simple ones. If you need help with anything specific, never be afraid to ask. Good luck with Scratch!
