Empty everything out of a C3 rocket engine, then put it in the back of the car. Then put gunpowder in the driver seat. I don't know how big the model is, but if it's as big as I think it is, then that should be enough. Car go boom.

cool! I would use more than party poppers, they aren't much. I would use firecrackers.

Also this is exactly like Super 8 with the model train getting blown up.

My friend is planning on using fireworks, actually. He doesn't think that party poppers will be powerful enough. lol

Well, the string I used as a fuse didn't light, so I sprayed it with deodorant. It did light after that, but it kept burning out. Then my dad had a go, and got the explosives to light. But it actually just set fire to the container I'd put them in, not the actual explosives. So we took them out of the container, and simply set the explosives alight. After a while, one of the explosives went off (I had five of them wrapped up in their own string with an elastic band keeping them together). It did not go to plan.
