Fixing the Problem
Okay, so a lot of people are talking about how scratch is going downhill. But this topic isn't about what's been happening or how sad some of us are. It's about how you guys think we should fix things. I'll be posting solutions as they are suggested.

Oh, what about "Be friendly to new Misc. users"? Because I know a lot of new users get put off of posting in Misc. because when they're new, and they do something wrong, everyone gets mad at them.
Oh, and the reason I specifically put new Misc. users is that completely new users are normally welcomed friendily. (I know that's not a word, but I couldn't be bothered to think of the right word 
)
