NOTICE: READ ALL OF IT FIRST. NO SARCASTIC COMMENTS. This thread is not to joke around about in or talk about me leaving. This thread has a set goal in mind. DO NOT ADDRESS ANY MESSAGES TO ME AS I CANNOT REPLY TO THEM.
As you all know, I have no longer any place in this forum. Discussion has become hard, and the community has started to deteriorate. I have thus decided to leave, and this will be my final post. (Though I have had to repost it twice in a row due to people not understanding what it is about)
If you wish to bring me back, there are criteria that must be met. The community must become strong and tightly woven once again. The moderators must begin to come on more often and have less tolerance for repeat offenders like they used to. (Yes, I understand they have lives, but they have begun to pretty much disappear.) Topics that have purpose and strong discussions must once again give rise. If you succeed, contact me, in any way you can. If I feel you have met the goals I have set for you, forumites, I will join you once again. And who knows, maybe I can badger some of the old guard into coming back with me.
My final request in this thread is for you to discuss and discuss well how to meet these goals and attempt to put them into action. Moderators and users alike must join efforts in order to reach these goals. Please do not let this thread be forgotten and auto-closed, it must stay alive. Keeping it open is vital to the effort. If it is closed request for it to be re-opened.
Godspeed, gentlemen. I can only hope I can rejoin you.

He obviously means that they should do their duties and come on a bit more. He never said that they shouldn't have lives, sir.

But it's the holidays. They help every day, almost every day for eleven months. We can't let them have one month to relax? They still are coming online, just not as often. They are still doing a great job. I don't see any problems with how they have been dealing with everything.

Coming on every day isn't a burden, its easy to come on once a day, scroll through topics and make sure that everything is all right, even if it is the holidays.

They are still doing that. I see coolstuff and harakou stop by almost every day, and cheddargirl and Paddle2see are always helping out. Even Lightnin lately has been helping.

If you're this upset about it, I just think you should leave. The community isn't going to act and post how you want them to.

Well, regardless of the scepticism of some posts, goodbye.

Good luck with your future endeavors. I'm sure you will be missed.
However setting conditions for your return looks a lot like you are trying to manipulate people. It's fine to make suggestions for improvements (see the Suggestions forum) but holding yourself hostage unless certain conditions are met is too much. Closing this and I suggest that you don't post it again.
