They do this on the forums, but not everybody goes on the forums. There is also recent visitors, but most would be on the site roaming to know when somebodies on(and so many people visit that everybody and minute before would be off the list in seconds)! So my suggestion is that we have a little tool at the left side of the site or at the top under where your notifications are. It can show 5 of your online friends and their avatar. Then there's user pages, under the user info section they could put if the user is online or not! Like my idea? Can improve? Want to critisize? Reply!

Don't forget some people like to remain invisible! Make sure an invisible option is there, too! smile

Yeah great idea! But you could also do a link that says "show all" next to it so if more than 5 are on you can comment to everyone if you like. I like the invisable thing too. There should be a button somewhere you can press to change that if you feel like it.

if you want people to look at your projects go to show and tell and make a new topic and post your projects link and what its about.
