Server's going down because the cat got itself caught up in wires and bent up the motherboard and possibly broke it, they're the most annoying animals ever.

PvP should be more of a fun thing, if anyone wants PvP to be allowed in their city just ask, otherwise you can make a stadium or use an existing one.

PvP will be off everywhere apart from towns of which the mayor asked to have PvP on or stadiums, and the server is back up.
