Toleration
I feel over time, the moderators have begun to tolerate inappropriate topics more and more. I see post count topics unclosed. A lot of topic have less discussion than they used to, because if they had this lesser amount of discussion, they would have been closed.
I'm not sure whether or not this is just me, or do others agree?

That's newlines, you can write a big long sentence without pressing enter and it works.

I think it's that there's a maximum amount of times you can press "enter", and not really the amount of lines on the signature.

As long it's under 400 characters, it's allowed.
Signatures taller than 150 pixels will automatically get cut off though

I've noticed that the D word and the H word are showing up more and more often.

Are you asking them to restrict your own freedom?
If somebody gives you a long leash don't stand right next to them. It's a waste
