Variables Reset to Default Position Online

I've been working on a project: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/StoryMaker/2246087

However, the variables always default to the upper-left corner of the screen when played online (though they're properly positioned in Scratch). This is especially annoying because when multiple variables show at once, they stack up on top of each other so you can only see one.

You know, all the variables in this game (and thus all the variables that experience this problem) do not show when the Green Flag is clicked. Instead, they show when the "Show variable [whatever]" block activates. As such, I think that in the online version, when the "Show variable [whatever]" block makes a block show for any other reason than the Green Flag being clicked, it makes it show in the default location (upper left corner). I especially think this is true because in a previous version of the game (http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/StoryMaker/2238246) a certain variable shows when the Green Flag is clicked, and it's in the proper position (bottom right corner).

I could always tell the player to download the project, but it would be kind of a bummer because the game runs MUCH faster in the Flash player than it does when played in Scratch.

Sooo...help? XD

Re: Variables Reset to Default Position Online

Yup, this has been a long-standing bug, which I'm still surprised the Scratch Team hasn't gotten 'round to fixing.

Essentially, if you were to save and upload the project with the variables showing, then tell them to hide at the start of the project, and show again when they're needed, then the project would work dandily!

Really? So I just need to save the project at a different point to make it work?!
