New FAQ Topic.
I've recently seen the same topic in the All About Scratch forum asking how they can create their own Account Picture. Can't somebody add how to do that in the FAQ forum? I think that will help New Scratchers a lot.
(Note: I'm sorry if this has already been suggested, or there is already a topic in FAQ about "How to change your account picture".)
