Scratch

I would like to be curator because I would love to have the honor of showcasing projects that deserve views and love-its. I think some projects are worked so hard on, and they barely get views, so basically that project's excellence has gone to waste. I want to give all hard-working scratchers what they deserve!

Hi i want to be curator too.I want to chose games because they are fun to play and scratchers put a lot of work into them.

Other games, like plat former games, are really good, but after I win I just feel good. There is nothing that motivates me to play the game again. Thank you for your time.

i like programming, i do c++,java,python,Visual Basic,and of course SCRATCH.
i would like to curate projects that scratchers put a lot of time into.
i've found a project that was curated, and the skills were from my projects.
i also like to show others my projects, and my opinions.

I would like to be a curator  I am interested in platformers and different programs like cloning and engines that people havent seen before.  I like this stuff because its new not one of those add yourself project.  I also like pen stuff because it has practicaly unlimited possibilities

I'd love to become curator!
I love checking out lots of different types of projects, but my favourite types are puzzle games, platformers, OSes, and art projects. I feel that although those three types are very common, each one is unique in it's own way! Of course, those aren't the only types of projects I'd choose; I'd make sure the projects I select vary in style. This is an example of a project I'd choose; it's a platformer, yet it's not just any old platformer, it's totally unique! Also, it only has forty views, which is totally unfair, in my honest opinion. And that nicely sets up the next paragraph...
I'd also aim to choose projects by lesser-known Scratchers. The reason for this is that I know what it's like to spend a really long time on a project, and then it doesn't get noticed. Occasionally, Scratchers get frustrated about this and may even quit because of it! I feel that getting curated would give them a massive boost, and would encourage them to make more projects!
I hope that wasn't too long 

EDIT: Oh, and I know I've done things wrong in the past which will probably decrease my chances, but I've changed for good now

Hmm... A curator seems like a big responsibility. I have now been on Scratch for I think about two years now. I was around when the curating began (Though I did not have an account). Since then I have wanted to be a curator, though that doesn't sound much different then the other one-thousand applicants. I realize that the Scratch Team want's a curator that will choose projects the community would appreciate. I believe that right now people want good animations, and games based on what I have seen. I will not choose projects now, but rather stage a contest where people can enter their animations, and I might choose them. I don't know if this is the way the Scratch Team would like me to do it. And I can change the way I select projects. There would be rules to entering the contest, like, you must have had an account for a month, the projects must have less than 100 views, etc. Now let's get to the checklist.

I believe that I check out. Also, I have been curated. So I know how I would want it done. And an example of something I would curate, is Friction Maze Or Catan II These projects stand out to be because of the creativity behind them. I would select further projects from the Show and Tell forum, or wait for people to bring them to me, as tons of people ask the curator to curate their projects. If there is anything I have missed please inform me. Also, the Scratch Team wants a wide variety of Scratchers. They want gamers, storytellers, animators, boys, and girls. I am active and am ready to take on the job. 

After re-submitting for over a YEAR, I would like to know why it is that I have not received any feedback, can the Scratch Team even see this? I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the old me, the part of me that was bratty, egotistical, and selfish. And if you can't see that I have changed. I mean, you think that after and checking the thread daily, maybe I could get some recognition?
