In elementary school, if you forgot your homework in a class that happens before recess, you stay in for recess IN THE CLASS. However, if you forgot your homework in a class that happens before lunch, you have sit on the blacktop outside and watch the kids eat and play. Pure torture.
In middle school (current) no inappropriate music is allowed to be played, but occasionally they play music and I heard the song that goes "All the other kids with the pumped up kicks..." (What is it called anyways?)

Pumped up Kicks.
Why it shouldn't be played in schools: IT'S ABOUT SCHOOL SHOOTINGS! SERIOUSLY!

Lucky you. Our lockers suck.
Luckily, I think my elementary used to be a middle school or something, so we had lockers since 1st grade.

I DON'T LIKE MONDAAAYS.
We can't go between the portables because they're trying to grow grass but they can't because there's no dirt there, only rocks, then the principal does it anyway

(back when I wasnt homeschooled) The teachers made us all line up and then yelled at EVERYBODY for whatever some kid did wrong, then they would pick the class with the most kids that misbehaived and made that class wait outside for 30 minutes before going into lunch (btw, our grade had the last lunch) then you had 15 minutes to order and eat lunch. Then, all the teachers made us wear FULL COATS AND HATS when it was 70 degrees outside JUST BECAUSE IT WAS MARCH.
You can see one of the reasons I switched to homeschooling.

Then, after I switched to a private school (for like 3 weeks) the rule was no music with even "dang" in it (EXTREMLEY religious school), then during gym they play music that references a VERY inapropriate topic, has the f and the a word in it. And that was the only song they ever played. And the bad words werent even bleeped out.

Nobody is allowed to smoke anywhere on the school site apart from teachers, if they find cigs on you they're automatically theirs, they don't allow you to go out of school grounds to smoke.

A one way system, yet teachers are allowed to disobey it, and even yell at you for getting in their way... even when... they are.. going... the wrong... way.
And then they wonder why it's hated so much.

Well, it wasn't the whole school, but when I was in 4th grade, even if it was perfectly sunny and warm out, my teacher made us stay inside for recess. Every day. For the whole school year. And not only that, but the teacher made us do what she wanted us to do during recess.
thats called study hall.

Same.
When I got bullied at primary school, the bully could do whatever he wanted, and if I told, I'd get told off for being a "telltale".

When I was in grade 7, our school banned hugs and wouldn't allow people of the opposite genders within 2 feet of another. And they enforced it, too! Not that I really violated the rule, but other people did. It was ridiculous.

I'm a girl and I was made fun of because I was friends with a boy. But I always ended up getting in trouble, because the bully would make up some story like, Oh, he called me _______ and then it started a big fight between my friend and the bully. I didnt get involved.

WHAT?!
How could that've even been legal?!
I can sort of understand the hugs thing, because it *might* spread germs or something, but not allowing opposite genders to be less than two feet away is just ridiculous!

In elementary school, the PE coaches had a strict rule: Only drink the water that tastes like metal if you've got a cut.
They also had: Don't stop playing unless you're hurt badly (Once, I was jump-roping on the rocky, jagged ground in second grade. I tripped on the rope and got a really deep cut-- almost the size of my knee. I couldn't bend my knee and the coach told me to "Get a sip of water and go back! You don't need a God(censored) bandage!")
