It took a couple of days last time. But back then, the solution to the problem was somewhat more simple - New Scratcher accounts have limitations until they're upgraded to Scratcher.

Oh Oh Oh! I have an idea! One post with a picture per hour rule. It wouldn't apply to all about scratch though. It'd work similar to the 60 second wait rule.

Guys, it could be worse. Paddle was thinking about completely shutting down misc. the other day.

Oh yeah, and paddle didn't say he was shutting down misc., he was just brainstorming ideas of how to stop future troll attacks.
