Back in late 07, I had a teacher who introduced me to scratch. I made an acc in 08. Then I got fed up of the acc's name, switched accs, and stopped being a noob.

About four years ago I joined Sploder. I found it fun until I did all that you could do on it. So I still wanted to make games but I didn't know where to look. I searched 'make your own games' in Google, and it came up with a project called "Make Your Own Game". I played it for a bit until I got bored, then I saw that there were other projects, some golden and great. Soon I saw that all these projects, were made by someone like me. I downloaded Scratch but I found it tricky to use. I had no help from anyone so all my projects were rubbish. But soon I started downloading other projects and learning about them, how they were made, how they were flawless, how they were great. I copied there scripts and put them in my own projects. Soon I was making projects like those, but then they were new projects; projects amazing and greater than before! So I learned there secret, and made those projects for myself. But then newer projects came in. I was always behind, only getting one or two comments. So I gave up. I forgot about Scratch. It was no longer part of my life...

PART II

A couple of years later, I was looking around at my old bookmarks, and I saw one called Scratch. I thought, why don't I venture? So I went back on the website, the whiteness of the homepage new, and fresh. I saw a new Scratch was available (1.4), I looked at my old projects, I thought, what memories... I saw the new projects were better than ever, glorious in a way. So I got cracking! And here I am now, just using up time on the forums when I could be doing my homework.

And that, children, is my history of Scratch.
