Good Graphics Programs
Does anybody know any good programs that I, a very horrible artist, could create good graphics easily? (Please don't suggest Scratch or Fireworks or Paint)
View my projects. Or face The scratch curse! (Get it?)

Paint.NET is free but I don't really know anything about it. Easy Paint Tool SAI is fantastic but costs (right now) 68 dollars plus tax (5250 yen). Almost all my stuff is done on it.
