They made a few bug fixes to the original 1.3, so they made the new name 1.3.1. If they made new changes, it would be 1.3.2.

If you are using Windows, click on Uninstall Programs in My Computer.

As for David, all you have to do is during install, make sure it installs into another directory, so there are no conflicts.

Well, first of all, you don't ask another question on another post- this is spam. I'll let you go this time, but remember that. To answer your question, on a Windows, you click Start>All Programs>Scratch>Uninstall Scratch. I'm not very experienced with Macs, and I've never done Scratch on a Mac before, so I don't know what to do with a Mac.

With scratch, there should've been an "Uninstall Scratch" app that came with it...
