Changing the centre point of sprites

I heard somewhere that you can change the centre point of sprites, but how?

He means to basically not draw it in the centre of the paint editor to start with. That doesn't work though, because when you click okay for the first time, it automatically centres it anyway.

Reopen the paint editor, click the icon of the two perpendicular lines, and move it.  Where the lines meet is your rotational center.
