Yeah. I managed it in the end... and now the Image file seems croupted:
I can still use scratch.. But it always starts up like this. Tried a reinstall twice

I fixxed it. Two files were missing (scratch.sources and squeakv2.sources, somthin like that). I had quite a few copys of them.

For future reference, I think clicking 'save image for end-user' on the Shift-Click-R menu fixes the problem.
