I know what you mean with the Darkrai, you got it off Pokemon Ranger.

You definitely want to use regigigas because the highest level pokemon is under 70 (Only about 60-65).
Darkrai would be good against Elite Four Lucian,because allhis Pokemon are Psychic, and Dark is immune to psychic. Torterra would be best against the 2nd Elite Four, Bertha, because she uses ground type.
Glaceon, if leveled up a bit more, would be an excellent choice for Elite Four Aaron, who uses bug type pokemon.

Overall, all you need is to get all your pokemon leveled up a bit more.

I beat the elite 4 in under 6 hours, and this is my team

Geodude (Kiba) lv 18
and
Hoothoot (Tamari) lv 16.

A poorly typed Torchic/Tailow/Starly/Pidgey/...Moltres?

You can see Manaphy in a book in the Pokemon Mansion near Hearthome. Rotom is also now in the Sinnoh Pokedex, so you have to see him.

@mewlvr: Your team doesn't suck. It just isn't leveled to its max potential, which noone would expect until fairly far after the Pokemon league.
Also, I was EV training my Riolu in route 201 and I found a shiny starly

OUs are......well, overused.  Just too many people use a team full of OUs.  That's why I only use two in my competitive team(Salamence and TTar).

I've done it. Nothing bad has happened to me.

PS: I checked and NO pokemon can OHKO a same level Blissy. Blissy's HP stat is the highest in the game. You can only OHKO it if you use buffs or critical or super effective attacks. Blissy is godlike and one of the best non legendarys.

But still, you don't really need to OHKO Blissey. A pokemon with Toxic and a healing move can do it easily. Blissey is also a really easy pokemon for Ninjask to repeatedly use Swords dance and baton pass along to another pokemon to OHKO Blissey, like Machamp or Lucario. It's dismal attack stats are it's downfall. It is the best Special Wall, but it needs help against physical attackers.

When I transfer all my Pokemon off D/P onto Platinum, I'll face you. Maybe I won't get owned like I do at Brawl. =P

Toxic is completely screwed over by a pokemon using Rest, and though it is rare, you could come up against a Pokemon using Feint.

I'm not arguing that Blissey is good. I'm just saying that with the right set up, it can be dealt with fairly easily.
