Sigh. Before i start lemme tell you, this is not a publicity stunt. this is completely true, but i dont care if you belive me or not. i just want to tell you.

i am writiting this from the hospitol, where there is an IV stuck into me. apparently, im going to "pass away within 2 days due to...." and the rest was a blur. i was just stuck on the pass away part. so i decided to write this to inform my friends, on the web and not, of my passing away soon, just to know you guys know what happened.
they said whatever is killing me has been passed down through my family, as my grandmother died the same way, thats what my dad says. same with my mother. so i just wanted to let you guys know, thanks for being my friends, even when i was a total idiot, and when i was trying to be funny.

Wow... First off, I expected this to be met with skepticism but I was wrong.
I can't help but be skeptical as there is no genuine proof, but if you truly are dying, I would feel horrible for saying so.

Okay okay okay, hate to be a naysayer, but I think that this is a troll, for several reasons.
A. Not very clear
B. Who would take time from the last two days of their life to go on the forums?
C. How would he have a device in the hospital to get on here? It would have to be a laptop, because typing that much on an iphone/android would take forever.
