Somebody stole it!
I just bought Grand Theft Auto IV for the PC, and when I opened it, the game wasn't in there. I guess it was my fault for not noticing that it didn't have a plastic cover on it.

But that's still pretty bad.

Was it from a games shop, or did you buy it online?
Because most games shops only put the disk in the case when you buy it, so maybe they forgot to put it in

Some people buy gaming systems, take them out of their box, fill the box with rocks, and return it.
