Is this anything to do with MIT?
This.
Is it actually like, created by MIT, or was it some Arabic company that has nothing to do with MIT? I'm just curious.
Oh, and I heard about this from cocolover76, I didn't discover it myself

Woah. That's almost identical as scratch.mit.edu.
I think it is made by MIT though, look at this: http://scratch.uaeu.ac.ae/pages/terms
If your in Google Chrome, translate it to English.
Notice the
"Lifelong Kindergarten Group

part?
