The Eye of the Storm is a PvP server, the next generation of the Safehouse!

This is a Minecraft server with PvP and other Role Playing elements. When I first joined Minecraft, I played on a server (Wayyyyyy back in Hmod times) like this. It was a PvP chaos server, but it was not a barren wasteland. Generally, a chaos server has practically nothing within Kilometers (Minecraft officially uses the metric system) of spawn. Everything close was wiped out. In this server, however, there was a small yet strong userbase of active players, many of whom were on every day. We knew the admins, we made our cities and went to war. It was amazing. It can be recreated.

Rules:
No profanity, inappropriate language
No complaining over death or loss of items
No spawn camping
No random terrain griefing
No 1*1 towers or holes unless on your own property
No begging for gifted items, even the highest ranked admins will not have gifting powers.
No hacked clients.

The server will be 24/7, the computer just got shut down while we were away for the holidays. In an attempt to get more people on the server, we will have a PvP event to spark interest. There will be unlimited swords, bows, and arrows at spawn of a separate world (so items are not removed from world) PvP will be on, and there will be prizes for the top killers.

Prizes in iConomy credits
1st place: 1000
2nd place: 500
3rd place: 250

Each user will also be awarded 5 credits for each kill.

Well... That is true. hmm I'm stuck, I suppose. Although I can prove that you applied. It is gifting, but it is IN A SEPERATE WORLD and so it is locked from people stealing them. It's either that, or we stay up 'till midnight punching each other.

Well, obviously you will,build forts in the main world, but yes, it is PvP.

Guys I'm about to leave across the country again. If I get the server back up today, it will probably be at 9-10 PM Eastern, 8-9 Central.
