I don't live there, but I've visited twice and I absolutely love it. I've been to Portland mostly, but we also drove to Corvallis and Eugene. Love it. Land of book stores, coffee shops, and RAIN.

It sits on a river, and it has a ton of huge ports in the northern part of the city. Its actually called Portland because its named after Portland, Maine which is named after Portland in the United Kingdom.
