Ever been late to school due to an accident.

Ever been late to school due to an accident. One time there was a lot of snow, and no on schoveled the walk to the bus stop. So I walked through. When the bus came it was only me and a friend there. Only 17 out of 55 kids were on the bus. We came half an hour after school started. It was bad. Another time my dad's car broke down around a mile from school. I was in second-grade that time. The first one was in 2011. So I walked to school, and I came 2 minutes before school started.

The busses broke down and me and 2 friends waited 4 hours for the bus, I could've gone home but then my mum would've taken me to school anyway, missing school is the best when you're allowed to.

Yeah, I have
Among other reasons
My school is located in an area of horrible traffic (not really sure what they were thinking)... and also somewhat near a prison
And one time there was a bunch of fire trucks and search helicopter flying over

yeah sure

a deer jumped on my aunts car and tore it up pretty badly;; the windshield shattered all over my sister and my aunt but it wasnt that bad i guess. i was sitting in the back seat so not much happened to me

I have.  The roads were super icy and the school bus was 2 hours late. My mom's friend slid 20 feet going 10 mph in her car.

If that happened to me, I'd feel like I was in Half-Life or something.  tongue

I once missed school because my mom's car broke down, and my dad was already at work.
I missed NOTHING. >D

No, but once I was the only one who showed up to a class.  Everyone else was sick or at the doctor or something.

Yes, a car crashed in the middle of the night, killing one person.  We had to go another way to school.

Well, there was a car crash and my mom and I almost died (about 5 minutes away from school).
The tardy bell had rang, and I had to bring a note saying what happened and go to talk to the police after that. The school at least wanted me to go to homeroom, but there was only a couple minutes left in homeroom.
