Are you using Windows 7? There's some sort of function on that OS that expands or shrinks content, such as desktop icons, or in this case, Flash programs. I know that on a Windows 7 laptop, put one finger on the mousepad, then move another finger away to make it bigger, or towards it to make it smaller. (I think that's how it works. 
)
