umlimited characters in comments
I wish that you can do more than 500 characters in comments, because i tend to put a lot of words in my comments. I would really like to be able to have more than 500 characters! Please bump this, as I want the Scratch team to see it!!!!!
EDIT: the 500 character limit was put in place to prevent spam. So I mean that I want maybe more , just not unlimited.

I very rarely use 500+ characters in my comments, but when I do, I just post the rest as a reply.

Maybe it depends... if you are a new scratcher and have less then 5 projects, then you have a limit to characters. If you have more then 5 projects and are a scratcher, then you have unlimited... if that makes sense?

Ah. I see. Maybe not unlimited characters, just adding more, like maybe 600 or even 550 letters. Even though I rarely use 500+ characters, it's kind of annoying to have to post the rest as a reply.

That's a good idea, but that might encourage people just to upload a blank project or just one with the Scratch cat so that they can get more than 5 projects if they're a Scratcher already.

I remember when there wasn't a limit, and someone made a comment that was longer than the window I was using to view the comment, and that might happen if there are unlimited characters in comments.

Yeah, now I see that, but since I can't edit the post (cuz you know, new scratcher) then I think that 550 is a good idea.
