Disable Images
After the recent topics, no need to explain, I think images should be permanantly disabled. Deleting Misc. won't do anything in my opinon because it will be posted elsewhere, but diasbling images would stop this sort of thing.
I know I'm going to get disagreement but this is my idea

Disabling images completely is totally extreme. They're more than important to the community. I can see if this were a trend, then temporarily disabling images could be prudent, but in the long run, it's just a burden on users.
I think the current "New Scratcher" status works fine, by hindering new users so they have to put a lot of effort into posts. The occasional troll may get through, but that can be said of any precautionary measures one takes.
