Okay. I've been excessively bored and depressed for the past 3 weeks. Everything I do seems boring. Even the stuff that used to make me LOL seems boring. Do you have any ideas on how to cure mega-super-excessive boredom (and depression)? .__.

What about writing? Or why don't you do things with your family? Or buy a new video game, maybe, depending on if you have the money.

get an instrument
A baritone would be nice.
Even if you can't play, it's fun to blow and press different valves.

instead of minecraft get legos
that way you can show off what you do to people in real life and make it actually matter
How does Lego matter more than Minecraft? With Minecraft, it doesn't take up any room. And you can lose Lego. And the actually size of the "playing area" in Minecraft is virtually infinite. So the way I see it, Minecraft is better in every way.

you can show off your legos to REAL PEOPLE

their reality is what im saying is more appealing

You can show real people your creation on Minecraft, too. If you can show them a Lego object, then you can show them this object: your computer screen.

Dunno what it is... sounds biological! :\
Kind of. You are a creature on a far off planet and you have to survive and advance your species. It's really exciting and thrilling and fun.

Hm. Doesn't sound like me. But that's not the point. The point is, I'm bored and need ideas on how to be unbored.
1) Go on Wikipedia
2) Type something random in the search bar
3) Read the entire thing, including looking at the source sites
4) Read all of the attached/related articles
This should take about 3 hours, if you find a good article.
Start here.

How are you bored? It's just after the holidays. Or maybe you didn't celebrate any of them--I dunno. Well, here's my suggestions:
Read
I recommend:
Code Orange by Caroline B Cooney--really suspenseful and creepy, but not scary enough to give you nightmares. One of my all time favorites.
Five Children and It by E. Nesbit--okay, so it's sort of fairy-tale-ish. You might not like it. It depends how old you are. I would have thought it was too little-kid-ish when I was nine, but I'm twelve and I love it.
The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle--love this. Currently reading it. It's not as confusing as a lot of those English old books are, IMO--it's pretty concise and well-written. It's in short stories, not chapters.
Animal Farm by George Orwell--just read it. Liked it albeit it's kind of creepy.
Chasing Vermeer by Blue Balliett--some people don't like it because it's more superstition than actual problem solving. Nonetheless, I thought it was very well written.
Use Clay
That's my hobby. I make a lot of clay dragons. If you want to make one my tutorial can be found here.
Watch Movies...
-The Truman Show
-Get Smart
-When in Rome
-Back to the Future
...Or TV
-Doctor Who
Closet
Explore the closet
Surprisingly fun if you haven't done it in years
I found a lot of picture books and stuff I used to read a lot

Go outside in the nonexistent sunshine :DDD
Or maybe sing?
Draw comics?
Watch a movie?
Walk your dog/cat/fish/whatever?
Or go through your closet, as Wicki said ^w^

But minecraft is a video game and everyone know that you were just sitting on a couch the whole time. It's more creative than actual effort.
