Gaming/Conferencing headset?

Can anyone suggest a good gaming/conferencing headset? Basically a headset with a microphone on it. I'd like it to go around the ears rather than over it, and have stereo sound. It should be either a 35mm aux plug (dual or single) or be USB and Mac compatible.

I'd like it to be under $50 and if possible, under $30.

Thanks! I need it for school next year  smile

Re: Gaming/Conferencing headset?

One of my friends uses a TekNmotion yapster headset (20 dollars), he says it works well but sometimes its a bit fuzzy, I just use a normal microphone and a pair of headphones.

Edit: I don't think there are all that many headphones with microphones that go around your ears instead of over them. (if at all)

Sony DR-350.

Got it for Christmas and sound is good, it has its own muting and volume, and a mic built into it with an extender so it can hear you better and it's about 40 i think.

I really love the Turtle Beach headsets. Unfortunately, some of them are pretty high priced. :\

Re: Gaming/Conferencing headset?

I had an awesome HP USB headset, but it broke after one day. xD

I now have a pair of Creative WP-300 wireless headphones. I would recommend them, but they break all of your criteria except stereo audio. They sound awesome and natural though, you should look at getting the WP-350, which has a microphone.
