Ok. Here's my problem. I can't post in the Miscallanious forum! I want to badly! But it won't let me! What do I do?

You have to be a scratcher.
Just keep posting projects, being helpful to the community, and being active on both the forums and the main site, and you'll get that "Scratcher" under your name in no time!
