Well, the cause of homosexuality u's still being debated, whether it's background, or if it's genetics. There's evidence for both sides.

Why should it matter what the cause is?

Well, the cause of homosexuality u's still being debated, whether it's background, or if it's genetics. There's evidence for both sides.

Current thinking is that it is genetic, the genes being triggered by hormonal releases in the mother whilst the child is still in the womb.  If there are already lots of health male siblings, a later one is more likely to be gay.

This makes perfect evolutionary sense in a tribal group.  The older brothers are already carrying on the family genes - another male child would potentially be a competitor, with their offspring competing with the older brothers offspring for resources

A male child who will assist the tribe in hunting etc but will not have their own offspring is assisting the primary genetic line without competing with it.

There's nothing more to discuss to be honest, unless anyone else has anything to say.

This. If it's what you feel, who caress why?

I think it's because of so many biases and stereotyping and prejudice.

Why must people be like that?

If I said I wanted to slit my wrists every day and listen to death punk, that's all right, but I can't 'like' the other or both genders? (not saying that I do either)

It's for many reasons, mostly down to how they were raised. If they were in a school where homophobia was tolerated then they have more of a chance to be homophobic, same with parents who raise their kids to a certain religion.

I think part of it is conceitedness: some people in power have the idea that people have to be like them or they're "insane" or "freaks".
I hate biases, stereotypes, and prejudice, too.

I don't think it's possible to ban people from a specific topic only.
