Should I use it? It shut down LS97's Mod Share site
I currently have all the database data, and files backed up on my PC, and I'm not letting anyone signup/register on my website until I get a full answer. BTW, I'm using free, and I'm not going to pay.

If you use it correctly, they can be a really good host. But if not used correctly, you can have some very serious problems.
Just make sure your scripts and stuff are well optimized so they don't use to much CPU and make sure uploads are small because that can get you shut down since I'm pretty sure uploading takes a lot of CPU.
If you are smart about how you use it, then you shouldn't have any troubles.
I like them for all their features and simplicity of use, but it does get annoying sometimes.

000webhost certainly has mixed reviews... I used them for a short time and was very unimpressed by their customer care although considering it is free, their package is a good one. As Magnie says, provided you're careful about your usage you should be fine. I'm with Hosting24 now and am very impressed with their customer service and response time as well as the uptime of the site, although Hosting24 is a paid-for site package.

IDK, what I do is host the website on dropbox then share it with .tk
(thanks 16skittles)
But that doesn't have database access, and php files dont view online that way.

That's right. Dropbox can be used as a webhost but it really isn't ideal. Firstly, it allows no subfolders and no sensible website URL's. Secondly it will only allow you to share HTML files to view and all other files will only be usable for display or download. PHP, MySQL, Javascript etc simply won't work.

Yea. Dropbox is ideal for hosting a simple download page, with some paragraphs, and stuff, but not for whole site.

You can use 000wh, just be careful and always back up your site. They're pretty sneaky sometimes.

That's what my sites are 'cause I don't know any advanced web scripting, i'm looking into learning some though...

My friends and I rent a VPS for £30 per month, it's definitely very useful and well worth the money.

I use a combination of dropbox and webs.com to make my website for open mind (http://www.openmindsoftware.webs.com/index.html). Webs to host the webpage and dropbox to host the images.

Not exactly what we are talking about. Images are one thing, and a wehosting scam is another. I have read really bad reports about 000WebHost.

I heard they don't pay users, even when the user earns more than 100 in the afflicate program, or whatever it's called.
