you know your picture, on your page, how do you draw and animate your own one of them? Not actually in scratch, but on your page.
Please help me...

well I had mine made for me. but a good programme to animate on is GIFanimator. If you go to this link

it tells you how to animate a neopets charcter, it can be useful for a beginner at animating
