A max-upgraded Dell XPS 400, with 4GB of RAM (all it can hold) with a Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT that has 1GB of VRAM, and a stupid lousy Pentium D CPU that I cannot upgrade from.

That's still pretty good.

Yeah, but I still can't play multiplayer games on highest settings even though my video card should be able to do it, because all the players moving around are too CPU intensive so I have to lower the video settings to medium.

Single player games are fine, however.
