What differnce between 3d and hd

3D - 3 Dimensional; has height, width and depth.

HD - High Definition; video that has a much higher amount of pixels per frame than SD (Standard definition) usually in either 720p (1280 x 720 pixels) or 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels)

HD stands for high definition, or high quality. This means the graphics look better, as for 3D, which means 3-dimensional, means its like real. Example here.
