Hey can we put a little comment box on our profile,
Like if someone wants to send a message to you, I find it annoying to get conversations started on my projects.
Also you know how most forum site have a profile message, that would be fun as well.
Kinda useless just asking you guys (scratch mods) to change your website just like that, but I find it would make the website desning alot nicer.

I second this suggestion of having a personal message on your "my stuff" page that you can edit. Something small, like near your location fields would be fine for me.

Good idea but gee. who would moderate it. for example private messaging would mean you could get bullied but profile messaging would make your notifications get spammed if u r really popular like archmage

Make it so it can be disabled. Right now you can choose to ignore messages notifying you about comments in projects and galleries. You could do the same with your profile, or even lock the comments.

The personal messaging won't ever happen for the forum or account. They have the site so you everyone can see everything. Messages and Project + scripts and other stuff with the project. But if you really want to send personal messages use my Messenger. (http://scratchconnections.wik.is/User:Magnie/Scratch_Messenger) Look through the whole page (not the comment) to find out how to use it. The others would be nice.
