Hi guys
! I've sorta been making a game in the shadows, Indie style! (I'm an indie dev most of the time but you can contact me for collabs if u want.)
This one is a biggun. Possibly the largest game on scratch by the time I finish the whole thing! This game is called Tome Of Runes. Most of the game will be released later but here's a sneek peek!
The story is that in a current world that is engulfed in war, you control an apprentice mage. Make your own decisions and find many different endings, make yourself good or evil and level up in some classic strategic turn based battle.
So that's what to expect in a few months. NOTE: the game will not be complete when I release it. I will work on new factions and new spells and bells and whistles, please don't rage kwit on me!
PS. I know this is after the the other stuff on the gallery of soon to come, I started working on this before the others because this will be the biggest of the bunch. The games I have listed in there will be released, maybe some of them not at the correct times. PLZ FORGIVE ME FOR DAT! :'(
On final things I want to say, please ask questions in replies, I'd love to answer them. But if the question is "CAN I HELP WIF UR PROJEX?" most of the time (sorry) but it's a no if I say that the game is an Indie. The way you can help is post suggestions in the comments of the game and forum replies. I'd personally be happy to include some fan-made content if it looks decent!
~Peace out!

Can you explain to me what why velocity is and how it makes sprites jump
Offline
Boy, I have no idea what velocity is, but making sprites jump is easy. All you have to do is give them a move up action for a selected amount of steps. and move back down after that.

Can you show me how to make a sprite react to being punched.
p.s your game sounds really cool

To make sprite react to being punched, you need to create a small hit dot on the of the sprite arm who is punching. Then use the touch feature to brodcast a message when the hit dot touches the sprite. The brodcast may move the sprite backward or reduce a variable or etc.
