Yeah. It's the same thing as if you grew up in China or Russia or whatever and so you learned that language, with it's names for colors.

Existance always existed, nobody knows how it was made, but apparently it has no beggining or end.

Oh, I'm sort of like that. I don't see them over walls and things, but when people speak to me I sort of "see" the words in my head... It's hard to explain.

It would be. Everyone sees slightly different shades of colour, but it would hardly be noticeable if you were to somehow "switch eyes".
