Build a city, choose from 48 different buildings to place on a 21X5 grid (105 scrolling tiles), manage houses as well as troublesome council estates, build into the future and place hovercar factories, fusion power plants and even the ultimate AIC.

Plus, whirl your citizens around with tornadoes or blast them to pieces with a UFO! Drive in either a cherry-red Ferrari or a super-speedy hover car that can fly on the sky!

The only Simcity 4 features not included are the landscape tools; however, I have made up for that by adding both tourism aspects and the council estates, and the council estates do not appear in any other city building game!
