If you mean in the project notes, just copy and paste in the url to get a link.
In the forums, once you are no longer a new scratcher, you can use

Click on the project notes to edit it, and then just copy and paste the URL of the page you want.

just put "http://" (without quotes) onfront of the link with no space.
