Had a boyfriend, we would have ben together for a whole year on New Year's Eve. It's really depressing knowing that if you're not good enough for a guy like him you'll never be good enough for anyone.
At the minute I don't have a crush or anything. There are 2 people at my school who told me they want to go out with me but I don't want to get my heart broken again. Oh, and there's a Scratcher that likes/likes me too >w<
But yeah. Seeing Jak (my ex) hanging around with other girls makes me regret all the stuff I did with him, and all the time I spent blissfully unaware of how Ii had been lied to.
I can't really ever remember going through a real breakup before. We just sort of... fell apart? I dunno.

Simple, ignore those. Right now "stevetheipad" is marked by Firefox's auto-correct but nothing happens
...but if your auto-correct is really "auto" like the one in an iPad, then that might be a problem.

Haha that's pretty much typical in FB. I have to disagree with that first statement though, it's normal. I've seen many relationships at this age that work perfectly.

Middle and High school love is not very important. Chances are, if you're in middle school, and is a rising 9th grader, you're not going to see your boy/girl friend again. In high school, It's even more unlikely for you to see him/her again because there are so many colleges in the world. My opinion.

Just wondering about how many Scratchers out there have a boyfriend/girlfriend/significant other. If you do, how long have you been with them? What do you like about them? If no, do you want one? Do your parents let you go on 'dates'?
Me? Ehh, sorta. It's complicated. XD

I wish I did..
Ive been in an all girl school my whole life so I dont know that many guys.. Tons of schools around where I live are single gender.. id say only one is mixed and thats far away enough..
There is this guy who ive been friends with for years (since i was like 6) and he told me he liked me. Thing is hes 12 and im 14..
Theres someone else who told me they like me but they live 100km away where my cousins live (hes friends with my cousin).. That didnt work..
There was this other guy at Irish summer camp too that liked me but that was only for 3 weeks and he never told me but his friend did and nothing happened..
Oh gosh the more I think about the more I begin to realize that I probably wont have a boyfriend until im at least 18.. ;_;

What's wrong with that?
I see nothing wrong with it. Age difference isn't important, as long you're both mature enough.

Well there's a point where some age differences are sort of illegal
But two years is nothing

I know but there is much more difference in maturity between a 14 year old and a 12 year old than say an 18 year old and a 16 year old.

I know a 14-year old girl who has a 17-year old boyfriend and it works age shouldn't be a problem

That'll become illegal in a year, I think.

Depends on where you are. I think here it's not illegal unless there's six or more years apart and only one's an adult

Well, it really depends. I've known twelve year olds that are pretty mature and then there are fourteen year olds that are completely immature.

Well put, Veggie. My boyfriend is a year younger than me but just as mature.
I find it strange how in middle school dating someone in other grades is kind of 'taboo', but when you grow up, I see like 50 year old men with 16 year old 'women'.
Creepy eh?

A 50 year old man with a 16 year old girlfriend is definitely illegal where I live.

It's not
Lots of "underdeveloped" countries have little to no law against it, and even if they do they have little to no enforcement

Not here, any ages can be married (with parents permission if it includes a minor).

This ^^^^ is true but I don't believe it's legal for them to have a sexual relationship then.

No, I don't believe there are any laws against that sort of thing if both people agree to it. However, it is strongly encouraged by the government to not until you are ready (which they consider an adult).
